Kids Say the Funniest Things

So I have to post how funny my kids are. My 4 year old (A) says to hubby the other day, “Daddy, God puts me in my bed everynight…. hehehe, but I come back in with you! HAHAHAAAAA” Silly girl. She thinks she is getting away with something by coming back in to our bed, lol. She is also into poop. Did I tell you she is the practical joker of the bunch! lol. I love that girl! My other, my 2 year old (H), she has started this new thing, “Awwwww, poor me” hahahaa, she says it all the time, usually with her name in place of ‘me’. But isn’t that the funniest thing, she wants pitty, lolol. Cutie. She loves to dance. Anytime she hears music, her little body starts moving. Almost like she just can’t help it, and she’s been that way since I can remember! One thing is for sure, she loves being the baby. And my oldest, (K) well she’s just a sweetie pie. She is the leader of the pack. Her favorite things are ballet and piano and making up things for the 3 of them to play pretend. Love my cutie pies!

Happy Birthday Baby!! and a digi freebie :)

Well the day has come that my littlest baby is now a ONE year old 😦 waaaahaaa haaaa…. I know I am happy that she has reached that milestone, but then I am slightly sad that my littlest one is already a year old. I suppose it is because I just really love this age and I know how fast time is flying!  My little show off did walk in front of everyone, she has only been doing a few steps here and a few steps there, but boy she is getting it quick. For the longest time she did the Army Crawl and we all called her GI Jane 🙂 a nick name her Grumpa came up with! I think her first steps were to her oldest sister, then to her Daddy. Hmmm… does that make me last. Her birthday was lots of fun. I really enjoyed having everyone over. We had pizza, then had cake, which she practically inhaled, presents and then swimming. Here are a few pics 🙂

Hi all,

I know it has been a while since you all have heard from me. Since the lovely flooding of the bathroom, we have been getting things back in order, working on my Mom’s investment property (DIY projects, painting etc) and recuperating from a nasty cold. If it wasn’t us sick it was our kids (head cold) then it was the stomache flu…ugh… Finally I think we have just about cleared it all up. 

I have not made a new kit in quite some time, but I did have the opportunity to work with a new and different kit, FORGOTTEN HEARTS, from my friend Pebbles. It is a great one to have with Valentines Day coming up! So if you’re spending it alone, hurt, and sad, be sure to shoot some great pics of yourself and scrap them with this kit. I think it’s perfect for scrapping your teenagers too. I have been married for 14 years to an awesome man, I had no problem turning it into something for us, would be awesome if you have pictures of yourself and your man on a Harley Davidson! Great skulls and daggers 🙂 plus it comes with an alpha 🙂 The wordarts are neutral grays and can be used with many different kits, I’m sure. Great job Pebbles! Today is a very special day for me! It is my 14 year wedding anniversary. I married my sweetheart in 1995 at the age of 18. I can hardly believe that we’ve been married for so long. It doesn’t seam so long ago… but then again, it seams like I just gave birth to my 4 year old yesterday! We waited 10 years to have babies. Every year I feel more and more greatful to have such a wonderufl man to spend life with. I don’t think there is a better person out there. He is so understanding and giving… really a wonderful man and probably deserves much better than me… but for some reason he still loves me after all these years!

For anyone wondering, yes I am still pregnant. Just about ready to pop! lolol. We think this is our last baby… we think so anyway! I am looking forward to getting my body back… I am so big from pregnancy and this pregnancy has made me quite sore… I think maybe because I didn’t have much time between births, since I got pregnant when my second baby was only slightly over a year old. Everything was much harder this time and I have felt much lazier than my other 2 pregnancies.

My husband has picked up some of my slack since I’ve been pregnant, thankfully, but I do feel guilty. I try not to leave extra for him to do… I really don’t want him to feel weighed down. My worse one is dinner… I really don’t like to cook, it’s like pulling my own teeth to get up the will to do it. I never have really liked to cook. Even my grandmother Rosa would cook and ask if I wanted to come help… I would say yes but my interest would fade so quickly I never stayed in the kitchen long. Now, I wish I had stayed and learned because I really don’t think my food tastes that great and I certainly could have learned things had I stayed! Not liking your own food, makes it even harder to cook too. I don’t mind laundry or vacuuming, sweeping, wiping down or  dusting. I don’t mind cleaning up after dinner or keeping the housepicked up. Looking after the kids is no problem really… but cooking, well mainly dinner, blech! Anyway, now you all know, cooking is not my thing 🙂 Now baking or making breakfast on the other hand is different. I don’t mind that at all. Enough about us though…

    A Mother’s Love was created by the thoughtful and generous designers of Scrap Outside the Box to help the family of McKenna Elise Conrad. McKenna was born January 12, 2008 with a cleft lip and cleft palate, which occurs in one in every 500 births. Now one-year-old, McKenna has already undergone numerous procedures to repair her cleft lip, resulting in $5,000 in medical bills. She is scheduled to undergo palate surgery on March 6 and that amount will more than double. Sadly this is all after health insurance has been paid. Her family is in dire need of financial assistance and you can help.

    McKenna is very near and dear to our hearts, because she is the niece of Scrap Outside the Box owner, Dani Fenning. It seems only natural that we reach out to her family in the best way that we can, by creating a sharing a fabulous charity kit and donating the proceeds to this needy family. A Mother’s Love is the perfect title for this warm, colorful collaboration full of flowers, butterflies and rainbows. What better way to show that you care while getting a beautiful kit in return.

    My Priceless Treasure Free Wordart and CT Call
