  1. Im watching all your slides, enjoying them very much. As the kids get older these pictures will be more important than you can imagine. Nice pictures. Granny Fae

  2. Hi, your FREE kit — Island paradise looks wonderful. I was alerted through an e-mail from the Green Bulb Gang ——- Silvia! Today is Friday the 12th and I’d love to download it, but as I follow all the links, and get lost going from one to another, I never can get the kit. I’m new to scrapbooking, and would love to try your items before investing. Love your use of color.

  3. Dear one: I was sent here by the Graphics Place for the Island Paradise kit – exquisite! Delightful! But . . . invisible!!!! Where can I find it pretty please? Thank you – you are one terrific designer!

  4. Hi Maureen and Marie – I’m a big fan of Vivayne’s wonderful artwork, too. And I’m also a librarian with amazing research skills. LOL.
I found Vivayne’s Island Paradise kit and a beautiful QP, too, made with one of the papers in the kit. They both are available in the ScrapbooksGoneDigital store

I hope that link works for you … if it doesn’t, cut and paste it, OK?

And thanks a million to Vivayne for another great kit design! I live in the tropics, so this is so-so perfect!!!

  5. Thanks emaddox!!! guess this was not available when I first tried – and took lots of trying, but made it :)

  6. I would like to purchase the moonlite rose kit.. but can’t find it anywhere… saying all stores are closed…? could you let me know where I can purchase please.

    thank you!

  7. Hi there,

Sorry for any trouble you’ve had. One of the stores I was with recently closed and the other restructured itself to remove all designers from the shop. I am still at ScrapbooksGoneDigital though. All my product is listed in my shop there: http://www.scrapbooksgonedigital.com/index.php?main_page=index&manufacturers_id=16

The kit you are looking for specifically is here – The Moonlit Rose kit: http://www.scrapbooksgonedigital.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=923

If you ever wonder where my product is, you can find a link/blinkie on my blog (vivayne.com) right below category: My Shops, which is currently under my twitter link. I am only with the one shop, so there is only one blinkie as of now :)

Thank you so much for your interest in my kit! Hope this helps :) Have a wonderful day!

  8. Hi Vivayne, I need some help with finding one of your kits that I saw a few days ago. I can’t remember the name but the backgrounds were placed “quilt like” on the background. The elements were done so they were able to be seen. I thought I had seen them on Digital Scrap Depot. I may have the name of the site wrong. I just found it lately and I’m not sure of the site name. I hope you can help me.
    Thanks in advance

  10. Hi Vivayne, I just purchased your gorgeous Blooming Brushes Collection fro ScrapbooksGoneDigital. The previews show all of the brushes in various colors. I have been using a couple of techniques in Photoshop CS4 to recolor the .png files to match some of the brushes in the previews (especially the ones tha have 3 or 4 different colors in them). But it is taking me quite a bit of time, so I’m probably going about it in cumbersome way. Perhaps there is an easy way to recolor these files. Or perhaps the recoloring is done using the brushes as brushes (.abr). Any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Nancy

  11. Definitely the easiest way to go about this is to use the abr brushes. I believe in Cs4 all you have to do is drag the brush file into Cs4 and drop it. Then it will show up in your brush menu. You can add me on msn and I can help walk you thru if I didn’t understand the question right.

  12. Thanks for the quick response. However, using the brushes from the brush palette is not my issue (I already loaded them into PS). I really would like to know how to apply multiple colors to one particular brush. For ex., if I have a brush with 4 “rings” to it, how do I make it so that the inner part is red, the next “ring” is pink, the next is white, and the outer is yet another color? When I use the brush from the brush menu, the only color of the brush is the foreground color.
BTW, I don’t know what “ad me on msn” means – forgive my ignorance.

  13. Okay, I think I understand. What I did for the preview that you saw was stack the various brushes. So first I set my swatch to the color set that I wanted to use. Then I chose a color for the base flower and stamped it (with the brush). Then I chose a new color and a new brush, set the size (to slightly smaller) then stamped again. I stacked at least 3 times in the flowers you see in that preview. Sometimes I stamped the center with a solid circle. So basically I stacked each flower, right on top of the others (using a new layer in case I wanted to change the color later)

So, I hope this is what you were looking for. Sorry I meant to say add me on msn messenger (so we could trouble shoot and I could walk you thru it if you needed) I didn’t think I understood what you meant. lol.

My name on msn messenger is Vivayne, same as here. If you use messenger, you can add me and I will accept your invite. Hope this explanation helped better!

  14. Oh, now it all makes sense. I gave it a try and it worked like a charm. Thanks for being so responsive. I loved the brush collection so much, I bought the BloomingCute kit and the elements pack. Can’t wait to start scrapping with the entire set.

  15. I am SO glad that helped you and so happy that you liked that set. In a sea of internet, I don’t often get the priveledge of hearing lovely comments such as yours, so thank you!

P.S. I am working on a victorian floral set next :) http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10150223445705107&set=a.336152225106.341927.249902355106 your sneak peak for the day! lol.

    Thanks
    Carla

  18. Hi Vivayne, I purchased your “My Vintage Love” kits from Scrapbooks Gone Digital twice (Oct 22, 2011 & Mar 30, 2013) I obviously really like this kit! I emailed Scrapbooks Gone Digital two separate times and haven’t heard from them. I was hoping you would be able to help me with this issue. Thanks in advance, Alison
